1. Unit owners, guests and lessees shall not use or permit the usage of the condominium premises in any manner which would be disturbing or a nuisance to other occupants of the premises or in any way injurious to the reputation of The Sands of Marco Condominium Association.

2. Bicycle riding or playing in the walkways or elevators is prohibited.

3. Roller skating, rollerblading, skate boarding and ball games are not permitted anywhere on condominium property.

4. Smoking is not permitted in elevators - this is a Florida State ordinance.

5. Fire extinguishers are located on each floor. ON ARRIVAL, FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE NEAREST FIRE EXIT.

6. Please do not throw anything from the balconies or windows; cigarettes are a FIRE HAZARD.

7. Trash is to be separated for recycling. All non-recyclable trash is to be bagged in plastic, tied securely and dropped in dumpsters located at the four corners of the property. BREAK DOWN CARDBOARD BOXS AND PLACE IN NEWSPAPER RECYCLING BINS.

8. No barbecuing, food preparation or outdoor cooking of any kind is permitted on walkways, balconies, lawn or lanais. Cooking is permitted only in designated areas. Do not leave lighted grill unattended. Use only Association grills.

9. Please return carts and luggage trolleys to their designated areas on the main floor immediately after use so that others may use them.

10. Bicycles are to be stored in bike racks provided. Storage is at owners risk.

11. Common elements shall not be obstructed, littered, defaced or misused in any manner, i.e. walkways, landings, stairs, etc. Owners shall be responsible for the actions and conduct of guests and lessees.

12. Car washing is NOT allowed on property.
