1. 15 business days prior to lessee's arrival, owners or their rental agents are required to submit for processing the Application for Lease Approval to the Sands office with the names of lessees occupying the unit and their arrival and departure dates. This rule is strictly enforced.

2. The use of the units shall be consistent with existing laws and with the rules, regulations and governing documents, and shall not constitute a nuisance to other residents or the public.

3. The total number of occupants and registered guests permitted overnight in a unit during any 24 hour period shall not exceed six (6) persons.

4. One Pet of less than 15# (pounds) is allowed provided owner is in residence.

5. Disturbing noise, loud TV's, radios, stereos, musical instruments, etc. are not allowed.

6. Towels, laundry, garments, rugs, etc. may not be hung on lanais or from balcony railings or windows or in any common areas.

7. Lock out fees: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM--No Charge. After hours: $25.00
