1. Boats, recreational vehicles, motor homes, trailers, commercial vans, commercial trucks or non-operational vehicles are not allowed on the premises.

2. Parking at the elevator entries is restricted to a maximum of ten (10) minutes for loading and unloading.

3. No repair or servicing of motor vehicles is permitted on Association property except in an emergency.

4. Long term parking of vehicles in the owner's absence of 30 days or more is limited to the north side of the tennis courts. Recommend keys be left in office.

5. Violators of all parking restrictions may be towed at their own expense

6. Park nose-in to avoid damage to landscaping.
