1. No lifeguard on duty - SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.

2. The swimming pool and spa are for the use of the owners, owner's guests, lessees and lessee's overnight guests.

3. Incontinent or non-toilet trained individuals not allowed in pool or spa.*

4. Children under the age of 12 must have adult supervision in pool and spa.*

5. Children under the age of 3 not allowed in spa. Ages 4-12 only with accompanied adult and written doctor permission.

6. Do not enter pool or spa with suntan lotion or oil. Shower before entering pool.*

7. No diving, jumping, running or horseplay in the pool or spa area.*

8. No balls, toys, floating devices, (except noodles), etc. in the pool or spa area.

9. No radios allowed except those with headphones.

10. Bathing suits only - no cutoffs or street clothes in pool or spa.

11. Lounges and chairs may not be reserved.

12. Commercial use of pool and spa is prohibited.

    

13. Persons with open cuts, sores or other communicable diseases are forbidden to enter pool or spa.*

14. Food is restricted to Tiki area.*

15. No glass is to be brought within pool fence enclosure.*

16. No animals in pool or spa area.*

17. Pool capacity: 30 persons. Spa capacity: 8 persons.*
